Customization Facility:

Our clients can explicitly explain their requirements regarding fabric, colouring (dyeing/printing) and testing/Quality requirements and Packing. Taking minutest detail into consideration and suggest our manufacturing in-charge to incorporate all the details with perfection. Specific designs can be created and colors selection can be made even if they are not so general or rare.

 
Effective Communication:

We do regular update (in a report form / as specified) to our client on our day-to-day production activities, quality checks and shipment follow up.

Quality is being our forte as we have been using superior quality raw material (yarn & dyes) and state of the art manufacturing machines (Weaving, Processing & finishing) to make our product.  A strict caution is also followed over the activities to ensure that the final product adheres to the established industry standards. We adhere to the general quality requirements for all of our products and as well as the specific requirements from our clients.

We do stringent quality check the entire production process beginning from sourcing of raw materials till the final dispatch. To ensure the quality of the final product, we use statistical approach of quality control and measures. We follow statistical sampling (AQL) for initial, during production and final inspection with reference to the MIL-STD 105E / ISO 2859 / BS 6001
 

We have formed a quality assurance policy under which our products meets following quality parameters as required:
